Terms and Conditions of Sale - Gbike AB

1. Parties

Seller: Gbike AB (company registration number 559499-5283), Kungshamra 82, 17070 Solna, Sweden. Email: support@gbike.se.
Buyer: The natural person who is at least 18 years old, has full legal capacity, and places an order on gbike.se.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

A binding contract is concluded once you complete payment at checkout. An order confirmation is sent within 48 hours to the email address provided at purchase. Gbike AB reserves the right to decline an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or out-of-stock items.

3. Prices and Charges

All prices are shown in the currency of the selected country, including that country's VAT. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination, and are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to adjust prices and to correct technical errors that may affect displayed pricing.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our partner Stripe. Via Stripe, we accept most debit and credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as Klarna invoice and instalment options where available. By completing a purchase, you also accept the applicable terms of Stripe and, where relevant, Klarna.

5. Delivery

We normally process and pack your order within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout; within Sweden it is typically an additional 1 to 3 business days. A tracking number is sent to your email once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Risk in the goods passes to you, as buyer, when the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must first notify us by email. The item must be unused, free from installation marks, and returned in its original packaging. You, as buyer, bear the return shipping cost and remain responsible for the item during return transport. We will refund the value of the goods (original shipping cost is non-refundable) within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

7. Warranty and Defect Claims

You have a statutory three-year right to make defect claims for manufacturing and material defects. If an item is defective on arrival (DOA), this must be reported within 14 days. Always contact us by email and include your order number and a description of the defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, modifications, or damage caused by extreme use.

8. Transport Damage and Lost Goods

Visible transport damage must be reported directly to the DHL service point upon receipt. Hidden damage must be reported to DHL within 7 days. Always retain packaging materials and photograph the damage for claims handling. Gbike AB does not compensate for damage occurring after goods have been handed over to the carrier.

9. Uncollected Parcels

For parcels that are not collected and are therefore returned to us, we charge a fee of SEK 200 (or the equivalent in local currency) to cover administration and return handling costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our products may be high-powered and require proper installation and responsible handling. You, as buyer, are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and safety requirements. Gbike AB is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation or improper use.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. As a Swedish company, we also follow recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

13. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on gbike.se at the time of purchase applies to your order.
